شرایط و قوانین | Rules

1- هنگام سفارش محصول، در صورت موجود بودن در دو معماری ۳۲ و ۶۴ بیتی، در درخواست این مورد را ذکر کنید.

2- در صورت درخواست مستندات علمی، عنوان دقیق آن را به همراه سال و part و Revision اعلام نمایید.

3- در صورتی که محصولی را از دیگر سایتها و منابع تهیه کرده اید، سایت دانشنامه تخصصی مهندسی ایران هیچ گونه پشتیبانی و راهنمایی در قبال این‌گونه درخواست ها ارائه نخواهد داد.

4- اگر نیاز به پک کامل یک محصول دارید، بصورت شفاف و دقیق این مورد را ذکر کنید. نام بردن یک محصول/ماژول از یک مجموعه، صرفا به معنای درخواست همان محصول می باشد و به معنای درخواست کل مجموعه/پک نمی باشد. در صورت واریز وجه و عدم توجه به این مورد، هیچگونه هزینه ای عودت نخواهد شد.

5- محصولات توسط شرکت سازنده بر روی برخی سیستم عامل ها تست و بررسی شده اند و ما نیز صرفا آن مورد را تایید میکنیم. در صورتی که نسخه ای از آن محصول را قبلا نصب داشته و آن را حذف کرده اید و قصد نصب مجدد محصول را از سمت ما دارید، در صورت بروز مشکل (بدلیل حذف ناقص نسخه قبل و دیگر موارد)، قبل از ارسال درخواست پشتیبانی، سیستم عامل جدید نصب کنید.

6- کاربر قبل از سفارش و درخواست هر گونه محصول، باید از قابلیت ها و کاربرد آن کاملا آگاه بوده و پرواضح است که هنگام درخواست، فرض بر این مورد می باشد. قابلیت ها، ویژگی ها و کاربرد محصولات معرفی شده از مطالب منتشر شده در سایت شرکت اصلی و منابع موجود در سطح اینترنت گردآوری شده است. لذا، هیچگونه مسئولیتی در قبال استفاده کاربرد صرفا با تکیه بر معرفی محصول در سایت ما، متوجه ما نخواهد بود. در صورت خرید و عدم آگاهی از محصول، و همچنین اگر محصول خریداری شده به هردلیلی قابل استفاده برای کاربر نبوده، هیچگونه مسئولیتی متوجه ما نبوده و هزینه عودت نخواهد شد.

7- برخی برنامه‌ها برای اجرا نیازمند برنامه‌های دیگر هستند و تحت آن‌ها عمل می‌کنند (مانند پلاگین‌ها و افزونه‌ها). در صورت درخواست تهیه پلاگین یا محصولات مشابه، تنها همان پلاگین ارائه خواهد شد و خدماتی برای برنامه اصلی که تحت آن اجرا می‌شود، ارائه نخواهد شد.

8- درصورتی‌که از شرکت/سازمان تماس می‌گیرید، با ایمیل رسمی مکاتبه نمایید. پیش‌فاکتور و فاکتور تنها به ایمیل‌های رسمی و شرکتی که دارای وب سایت آنلاین می‌باشند، ارائه می‌شود و به دیگر سرویس‌های ایمیل مانند جیمیل، یاهو و تلگرام هیچ‌گونه فرمی ارسال نمی‌شود. صرفا مکاتبات و فرم‌هایی که از آدرس رسمی سایت به نشانی info[@]engpedia.ir دریافت می‌کنید، معتبر خواهد بود و دیگر ایمیل‌ها با دامنه‌های دیگر، مورد تأیید نمی‌باشد.

9- لایسنس و کد فعال‌سازی به دو صورت وابسته به سخت‌افزار (قفل سخت‌افزاری) و همچنین به‌صورت دانگل ارائه می‌شود و به‌صورت نامحدود سیستمی و زمانی ارائه نمی‌شود و تمام لایسنس‎‌ها سالانه و بصورت تک سیستم می‌باشد. در صورت بروز مشکل برای دانگل، خریدار دانگل معیوب را به فروشنده ارسال کرده و دانگل جدید با درصدی از مبلغ کل، به خریدار ارسال خواهد شد.

10- اعتبار قیمت‌های اعلام‌شده پنج روز می‌باشد و صورت تغییر قیمت، قیمت جدید اعلام خواهد شد.

11- تمامی محصولات تست‌شده و بدون مشکل می‌باشد. درصورتی‌که نیاز به دریافت لینک دانلود باشد، پس از بارگذاری فایل، لینک دسترسی به آن برای شما ارسال می‌شود. مدت زمان آماده‌سازی و ارسال محصولات سه الی هفت روز کاری بعد از پرداخت و تأیید مبلغ خواهد بود. همچنین کل مبلغ باید در یک مرحله و قبل از ارسال محصول واریز شود.

12- به دلیل اطمینان و گارانتی محصولات، پس از واریز وجه تحت هیچ عنوانی استرداد هزینه ممکن نخواهد بود (حتی قبل از ارسال محصول).

1- Product Requests: If the requested product is available in both 32-bit and 64-bit architectures, please specify your preferred version when submitting your request.

2- Scientific Documentation: Kindly provide the exact title along with the part number, and revision for precise identification.

3- Third-Party Product: The Iranian Engineering Encyclopedia offers no support or assistance for product obtained from external websites or sources.

4- Transparency of the Request: If you need a complete package of a product, please state this clearly and precisely. Mentioning a product/module from a set only means requesting that product and does not mean requesting the entire package. If you make a deposit and do not pay attention to this, no refund will be given.

5- Product Installation Warranty: The products have been tested and reviewed by the manufacturer on some operating systems and we only confirm that. If you have previously installed a version of that product and have deleted it and intend to reinstall the product from our side, in case of problems (due to incomplete uninstallation of the previous version and other cases), install a new operating system before submitting a support request.

6- Full Knowledge of the Product: Before ordering and requesting any product, the user must be fully aware of its capabilities and applications, and it is clear that this is assumed when requesting. The capabilities, features and applications of the products introduced have been gathered from materials published on the main company’s website and resources available on the Internet. Therefore, we will not be held responsible for the use of the application solely based on the introduction of the product on our site. If you purchase without being aware of the product, or if the purchased product is not usable by the user for any reason, we will not be held responsible and the return fee will not be refunded.

7- Plugin Dependencies in Application Functionality: Some applications require other programs to function and operate as plugins or extensions. If a request is made for a plugin or similar products, only that specific plugin will be provided, and no services will be offered for the main application under which it operates.

8- Corporate Inquiries: For inquiries from companies or organizations, please use an official corporate email for communication. Proforma and final invoices will only be issued to company emails linked to active official websites. Requests via personal email services such as Gmail, Yahoo, or messaging platforms like Telegram will not be processed. Only communications originating from the official address info[@]engpedia.ir are valid; messages from other domains are not recognized.

9- Licensing Terms: Licenses and activation codes are provided either as hardware-locked solutions or via dongles per one system. Unlimited licenses in terms of duration or system count are not offered. All licenses are annual. In case of dongle malfunction, the defective dongle must be returned to the seller, and a replacement will be issued at a percentage of the product’s total cost.

10- Pricing Validity: All quoted prices are valid for five days. Updated pricing will apply if there are any changes.

11- Delivery Timeline: All products are thoroughly tested and come with fully functional. Links will be shared after the files are uploaded. Products preparation, and delivery may take three to seven business days after payment confirmation. Also, the entire amount must be paid in one step before the product is shipped.

12- Refund Policy: Given the product guarantee and quality assurance, refunds are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, even prior to the delivery of products.
